1. Service Description
Beanline ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates a specialty coffee subscription service. Our service allows customers to receive curated, freshly-roasted specialty coffee delivered to their home on a recurring basis. We are currently in pre-launch phase and operating a waitlist for interested customers. By joining the waitlist or subscribing to our service, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Subscription Terms
2.1 Enrollment
When you join Beanline's waitlist or subscribe to a coffee plan, you agree to receive coffee shipments according to the subscription tier you select. Subscription options and pricing will be made available during and after our pre-launch phase. All prices are in United States Dollars (USD).
2.2 Billing
Your subscription will renew automatically on the billing cycle you selected (e.g., bi-weekly, monthly). You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for each renewal. We will send you a reminder email before each renewal. It is your responsibility to keep your payment information current.
2.3 Price Changes
We may update subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Changes will apply only to renewals occurring after the notice period. If you disagree with a price increase, you may cancel your subscription before the increase takes effect.
3. Cancellation and Pause Policy
No contract, no lock-in period. You may cancel or pause your subscription at any time without penalty, explanation, or early termination fee. Cancellation or pause requests made before your next billing date will take effect immediately. If you cancel mid-cycle, you are not entitled to a refund for that billing period, but you will retain access to any coffee already shipped.

4. Shipping Policy
4.1 Service Area
Beanline currently ships to customers located within the United States only (excluding US territories). We do not accept international orders at this time.
4.2 Delivery
We aim to ship orders within 2–5 business days of your billing date. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days via standard ground shipping, depending on your location. Expedited shipping may be available for an additional fee. We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues, weather, or other unforeseen events.
4.3 Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your shipment arrives damaged or does not arrive within 14 days of the tracking date, contact us immediately. We will investigate and offer a replacement or refund at our discretion. You may be asked to provide proof of damage (photos) or the tracking number.
5. Refunds
Refunds are available in the following circumstances:
- Coffee arrived damaged or defective (refund or replacement issued within 7–10 business days of claim)
- Billing error or duplicate charge (corrected within 5–10 business days)
- Shipment did not arrive within 14 days (refund or replacement at Company's discretion)
Refunds for regular subscription fees are not available once the billing cycle is complete, unless the shipment is lost or damaged. If you cancel your subscription, you are not entitled to a refund for the current billing period.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Beanline's service for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that could damage, disable, disrupt, or interfere with our operations or other customers' experience. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:
- Using your account to resell or redistribute coffee commercially without permission
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or customer data
- Harassment, abuse, or fraudulent activity
- Creating multiple accounts to circumvent our policies
- Violating applicable laws or regulations
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you have violated this policy.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Company Content
All content on the Beanline website, mobile app, marketing materials, and communication (including text, graphics, logos, images, and design) is owned by or licensed to Beanline and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, reproduce, or distribute this content without our prior written consent.
7.2 Your Content
If you submit reviews, photos, feedback, or other content to Beanline (e.g., via our website or social media), you grant us a royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute that content for marketing and promotional purposes. You warrant that you own or control all rights to any content you submit and that it does not infringe third-party rights.
8. Disclaimers
As-Is Basis. Beanline's service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:
- The service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
- Coffee will meet any specific taste profile or expectation (taste is subjective)
- Delivery dates will never be delayed
- The service will be compatible with all devices or browsers
Health Disclaimer. Coffee may contain caffeine and may not be suitable for all individuals. Pregnant women, children, and individuals with certain health conditions should consult a physician before consuming our products.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beanline shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use our service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall Beanline's total liability for any claim exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
Termination by You: You may terminate your account and subscription at any time by logging into your account or contacting us. Upon termination, we will cease charging you for future shipments.
Termination by Us: We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or violated applicable law. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising from these Terms or your use of Beanline shall be brought exclusively in the state and federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
