Every bag is roasted within 24 hours of shipping — never sitting in a warehouse. We partner only with roasters who roast-to-order, so you're always getting peak flavour, typically 3–10 days post-roast when the CO₂ has settled just right.
We currently ship across the United States and Canada with free standard shipping. Express options are available at checkout. International expansion is on our roadmap — join the waitlist to be notified when we reach your country.
Absolutely — no commitment, no games. You can pause your subscription for up to 3 months or cancel at any time from your account dashboard with a single click. Changes made before your next billing cycle take effect immediately.
Yes! During sign-up you'll choose your grind size — whole bean, coarse (French press), medium (drip/pour-over), or fine (espresso). Whole bean is our recommendation for maximum freshness, but we grind fresh to order if you prefer.
We work exclusively with specialty-grade single-origin farms in Ethiopia, Colombia, Guatemala, Kenya, Peru, and Indonesia. All farms are vetted for fair trade and sustainable practices. Every bag includes the farm name, altitude, and processing method.
